Mark's Meats and Processing of Holmen, Wisconsin, is a business that offers sausage products made the old-fashioned way.  Smoked with real hickory wood, reminiscent of the good old days.

Owned and operated by Mark Craig, who has been in the meat industry and processing venison for over 30 years. He graduated from Southwest Technical College in Fennimore, Wisconsin, in the All Around Butcher program. After working in and managing the meat department at several grocery stores in the surrounding area, he has become self employed as of November 2009.

Venison processing is his specialty.  Mark's Meats and Processing takes pride in the services provided to hunters. Mark also offers a large variety of venison sausages to be completed after the processing.


Mark's Meats and Processing is located about 4 miles east of Holmen, Wisconsin, on McCurdy Road, off of County W.

Mark's Meats and Processing is a State Inspected Facility

The State of Wisconsin meat inspection program ensures that meat products produced in the state and sold to consumers comply with required standards for safety, purity and wholesomeness set by the state and federal governments.  In fact, all products produced in a state-inspected plant must meet or exceed standards set by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
